Hello all, While trying to remove a temp file in my web publishing section (32kb just wont delete or remove) i was advised to use the updated cccleaner programe that came out yesterday, I hav'nt used the first one yet is this a good programe Question ,Thanks for your advice.

Hey MC01, I personally like CC. It is however easy to get in trouble with it especially with the sysinternals scan.

From what you said, I think you will find 3S to be the answer as it allows for user defined file/folder cleaning. I use it to clear my 'work' folders after a project is finished. http://www.igorshpak.net/ It will delete any files held in use when rebooting.

BTW If you are one of those who wrongly thinks Auto-Complete is a proper PW storage, I suggest you not include that in your cache cleaning.

BTW2 If the data is sensitive, you might consider using a shredder. Many good ones around incl the one in SSD.
