Came across this , this morning.
Was going to test it but I use 98se and
it's ony good above that, if anyone wants to try it.

Thanks for the links. Moore.
It was just I use 98se and couldn't test it.
The guys at wilders seemed on the whole to like even though it was still in beta..
Now should I start learning xp??

You thinking of upgrading to XP just so you can use prevx ? 
There are a few good programs that only work with XP , so its worth trying out.
Except for the ridiculous amount of uneeded services enabled by default in XP , I still prefer to use my computer with XP over the one with W98SE.
XP is definitely more stable , probably a bit bloated , but it is good to use , once all the services / options are tweaked to how you like things.
There have been a LOT of patches over the years for XP and as long as you keep up with them you should be ok .
Although I sure wont be touching SP2 for a long time yet.

i tried it it killed my computer. had to do hard shut down,reboot to safe mode. it would not uninstall from add-remove.did system restore.
an got rid of it.
don,t know why it would not work only that it would not!!
