Here is some info on the firewall for windows XP if you have Servive Pack 2. They finally have it watching the outbound direction.

I respectfully disagree, Nick. I am quoting this from the "Guide to Deploying Windows Firewall Settings for Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2" (WF_XPSP2.doc, recently downloaded from MS. I have the download, but not the link. I will hunt around for that and do my best to provide it.
