Never encountered that one before. It's not an anti-spyware scanner like the other apps on the Rogue/Suspect page -- it's a system monitoring tool -- a bit like WinPatrol.

Just a heads up; Those products have been around for a couple of years and are legit. InstallSpy works very much like InCtrl5 but with a little less ability.
