I have done the trendmicro scan (housecalls for many years and have not had any problems until recently. I have tried to go in and do the updates and keep getting an error code 28. If anyone can help me with this problem please let me know and I would really appreciate this.

I don't know that much about Trend Micro products to know what an error code is, so I would recommend starting at this link and see what you can get for help. http://www.trendmicro.com.au/tech_support/
