Hi,

Recently, my computer often freezes a few minutes after startup. My PC has no "Restart" button so I have to shut it down and start it again. Often when I restart it manually, it goes to a low-power state midway and doesn't start at all.

My PC is only 2 years old and I don't use it often.
Gateway
Win Vista Home Premium
64 bit

Virus/malware scan result: No virus/malware.
Startup Repair and Disk Defragmenter didn't fix the problem.

Could anyone please teach me how to fix this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Contact your local repair shop to fix your PC
problem .
