Cyphernomics - the science of patiently guiding nervous non-techs through what are, to them, amazingly complicated, detailed, and frightening manoeuvres with total success, and a sense of sometimes dizzying achievement !
I mean, turning off Firewall and Av !!! Whooo...........!!!!

And, what's more, leaving them feeling, at the end, that they have actually understood some of it, retained a fair bit of it, enjoyed a lot of it - and learnt a little bit more about a vast New World !
