Norman AntiVirus has been around for a long time. I guess it's not very well known, but it has been on VirusTotal for a long time. It looks like this is a special utility just for certain types of malware. Norman had a sandbox for malware analysis long before Carsten, Sunbelt or any of the other AVs.

Awesome Suzi, thanks for the info. Between the crazy stuff we've seen recently coming from Facebook onto clients' boxen (I'm talkin' crazier than usual) and the acceleration of the rogueware merry-go-round, lately I'll jump at my own shadow if it sneaks up behind me.
I need to build a permanent Linux box. Or switch to decaf. Or both. _________________ - Datababe
