Hi

I cant move them as well . is there some why to get rid of them ???
These files when i try to delete them it says these items cannot be found and they are no longer located .

Did you try restarting the computer? Maybe they will be gone after a restart. _________________ Former Microsoft MVP 2005-2009, Consumer Security

What are the file names and where are they located? Try right-clicking each one and then click properties. Post back what they are. _________________ Former Microsoft MVP 2005-2009, Consumer Security

Hi i right clicked on the first file and this is what it says

located C:\Users\Traceys pc\Downloads
size is 0 bytes
size of disk 0 bytes
the second and third file are exactly the same except the names are different |

Do you have Paint Shop Pro installed on the computer? With that file extension, they sound like files from that program.
0 bytes means the files have no content... they are empty. I would follow roger_m's suggestion for Unlocker. _________________ Former Microsoft MVP 2005-2009, Consumer Security
