I would say so. I'm a contributing member there with dozens of domains which are used for generating spamtraps and a spamtrap focusing on comment spammers [1]. The input data is quite a good indicator for network problems before major blocklists take notice and for gathering evidence on latest malware trends (hosting and distribution).
