We need to know what your problem is.

There is an ever increasing number of people coming here who seem to think that by posting DDS logs we will automatically be able to discern what your problem is.

Whilst we do need DDS logs, we also need a description of what your problems are as well. Our helpers are not mind readers, and if you don't tell us what your problem is, then we have a great deal more trouble trying to work out what it might be, and quite frankly most helpers won't even bother to try, they will just move on and help someone who has told us what their problem is.

Topics with no description of their problem will be closed, and the poster will be asked to start a new topic with DDS logs AND a description of their problem.


We do not need a detailed breakdown of everything you've done or tried to resolve your problem, we just need a brief description so that we know in what direction to search for a resolution. If your computer has given any error codes, then please include them in your description.
