My Insight Internet service is scheduled to change to Comcast. Anyone here have it? Comes with FREE McAfee Security Center, oh boy! |

Comcast has great speeds for surfing and downloading, I wouldnt download their free Mcaffe service if I were you as 2 me it stinks.
I use many providers for connecting to the Internet and find Comcast's service to be best at this moment, except for a T-1 connection. |

I agree, I have Kaspersky Internet Security on my laptop, and NOD32 with Comodo firewall on my desktop. I might partition my hard drive and give McAfee a whirl, just to see if it ever got better than the last time I used it three years ago. |

Comcast cable for high speed here. Had problems with the cable modems blowing out for 2 years until they fixed the area. (completely rural and possible static voltages zapping modems). Had not had it happ in 2 years. Me happy with their service. _________________ For this is the place

I tried the McAfee Comcast thing (on a test box of course) and I say to avoid it. Even more bloat than the regular McCrappy. _________________ Nick's Security Ticker
