Did they actually catch him? I read the other day he was on the run in Europe somewhere.

According to his lawyer, Ralsky's supposed to "surrender to federal authorities in a few days.". Seeing as how the authories are also seeking "forfeiture of real estate, brokerage accounts, bank accounts and life insurance policies worth a combined $2.7 million.", it would probably be in his best interests to talk to them.
It'd be nice if he'd sing like a canary and bring a few more down with him, though it'd be shame if that reduced the weight of the book being thrown at him.
