Yes... when possible try to take the older logs first please.

Hi Tim,
Welcome and thanks for coming to help us.
About the older logs, if they are more than 72 hours old, we usually just ask the user to post a new log because stuff has mostly likely changed. Also sometimes after that long, they don't come back and no need to waste your time figuring out a fix when they aren't coming back.
