I'm so grateful that you folks are able and willing to assist! I'm at a bit of a loss with this stuff. I run a business from home in the southwest of England with my husband and I have to double up as IT Manager as well as secretary/dogsbody/assistant tea-brewer. They say that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing - well, I know just enough to be positively lethal!!
I took a lot of anti malware precautions but I've still caught something nasty. I'm just running a few more antivirus checks - as recommended in your advice to newbies, before I dump a Hijack This log in the proper place.
Thank you all again for your willingness to help! _________________ I used to have a life - then I bought a computer.... |
