Granted my problem wasnt major compared to some of the others that I've seen on here, but its pretty rare to have a place where folks that are having problems can come and find someone to help them get it resolved without making the folks with the problems feel like an idiot.

The fact that all of you do this as volunteers makes it all the more impressive. My hat's off to all of you here. You're doing good and helping to teach those of us that come here as well so that the same mistakes might not be made a second time.
