Spyware Warrior

Has anyone heard or seen this app? I came across it while doing a log.

Can't find anything conclusive about it, aside from the fact there are only a few instances of it installed on some other logs. Couple of analysts have asked ot to be removed, tho, they didn't offer any reasons why.
