I have been to the site and it does import files onto your computer that will pop up on you whenever you go into the internet. It is very annoying. If you want to remove it just go to add/remove programs and remove the program. Then do a search in your start menu under find and enter the name spyware stormer and you will find some hidden files that are in your system.

Thanks for the link to the list, I had not realized just how many rogue spyware "rippoff" programs there were. I have read somewhere that at least one actully drops spyware on your system.....
I stay with Spybot S&D, and adaware....and also use Highjackthis to check on my system from time to time. I also tend to "Check" files before I install anything, using some tools to look inside installers.
I don't trust any installers, unless I check them out beforehand.
Paranoid?..yeh, and it seems by the long list of people coming here, and other anti-spyware sites, with good reason.
