| My apologies to everyone. Having just read the Forum rules, rather belatedly, I realise that I should not be offering advice without first receiving a Moderator's approval. Once again, sorry for this. |

Hey bch, I don't think it's a prob. I can't speak for admin but I understand that the limits are in place mainly for the 'Spyware & Hijack Problems' forum section of the board.
I hope I'm right as I too am not sanctioned or on staff here and I often propose solutions here...just not in those criticle 'help' areas.
BTW I liked your posts. _________________ -

Mikey, you are correct.
Posting answers to hijackthis logs in the SpywareRemoval and HjackthisLog forums is restricted to approved Board Staff.
That rule is in place because we cannot take any chances on a users machine.
We have a training program in place, by which we check trainee posts before they are approved.
Once a trainee has proven that they are capable of handling most problems on their own, they are promoted to Trusted Warrior Advisors.
As far as the other Forums are concerned, posts can include general good advise from anyone knowledgeable enough to make a comment.
We try to read every post, and delete bad advice or plain old spamming from advertisers, but we can't guarantee to see everything (with our busy schedules) so if anyone sees anything which is too far out, please do not hesitate to PM me or another Admin.
