I have dealt with several Babylon infections and for the most part I have been able to clean them with little trouble. There are times, however, when nothing I do seems to solve the problem. I need help getting Babylon off a XP machine.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions, and this information is provided by the DDS logs.
