Hey.

I need help fixing my friend's computer. His computer is a laptop, running windows. He recently discovered his computer had a security risk, (probably spyware), that won't let him connect to the internet.

I tried fixing it, resetting network adapters did nothing, both wifi and wired adapters, still cannot connect it to the internet.

Also, when trying to edit the microsoft firewall settings, an error message appears and then when you click okay or cancel, the message goes away and the firewall settings screen won't appear.

Please help!!

Thank you so much in advance.

-Mike S.

You've opened a number of topics here over the years, and each time you have abandoned them before a helper has given you the all clear.

This is not only rude, but it's also inconsiderate of the time and effort a helper spends researching and analysing your problems.

Is there any reason that you should believe that a helper would want to waste their time attempting to help you, only for you to abandon the topic again, because I can't think of one.

I suggest you seek help elsewhere, I'm sorry, we can't help you.
