I've tried it out. It looks like a potentially useful tool with plenty of functionality. My first impression was that they're trying to compete with Pest Patrol in going after stuff other than strictly spyware/adware -- e.g., hacking tools and so forth. It kicked up two minor false positives on my box, but nothing serious enough for me to add it to the "rogues" page.
