I really want to thank Gringo for helping me out with my virus problem. I picked up an adware virus (that was REALLY annoying) that was progressively becoming worse. At one point, I could not start Windows in Safety Mode, and I thought that my computer was finished.

Gringo knew better.

He helped me through steps using programs I would have never known to use. My roommates were heavily skeptical as to the authenticity of this site, and even I was not sure how helpful this site was going to be. However, I placed my trust in Gringo, and I am glad I did. Right now, there is NO sign of malware on my computer, and I am completely amazed.

I really can't thank Gringo or this site enough.

I've never paid for virus help, but I know that I would never drive out someplace, pay money, and hand over my computer to someone when I can come here...for free! And that brings up another point. All of you are volunteers. Considering you could easily get paid for this, I REALLY appreciate all of the hard work you devote to helping people free of charge. You guys are awesome.
