My system was slowing down, so I tried cleaning out some things with the System Repair Engineer and must have deleted something I was not supposed to..

Now, I can not read any email from AOL, hotmail, and get error messages when I try to log into differnet account I have online such as Facebook.

What did I do???
I NEED HELP !!!

I'm not sure if I posted this in the right place - please move if not correct.

I'm not sure - SREngLdr.exe is what I used. It was put on and used by DAKEYRAS on this forum when I was having computer problems before. I was trying to use it myself to clear out unnecessary junk, and I'm only guessing that I took out something I should not have.
I can still get online, and I can log into Hotmail, AOL, Webtrader, Facebook (basically everything online I have to log into). But once logged in, I can not open anything (messages, etc.) - it just sits saying it is "loading". The issue the the same on all on them.

What could even cause that?

Does this log help any? Do you see anything missing that should be there. I just tried loading our local weather at 4029tv.com and it did the same thing.

Ebay works? I was googling and could it be that I wiped out outlook express - that seems to be something needed for emailing from what I read?

I don't know if this helps, but I got this message when trying to watch Netflix online........is anyone on this forum?

"The Netflix Movie Viewer requires ActiveX to be enabled. Please verify in your Internet Explorer security settings that ActiveX is enabled, then reload this page to try again.

You may need to disable firewall or anti-virus software to enable ActiveX."

Whilst in Internet Explorer;

Tool > Internet Options > Security (tab)

Click the "Reset all zones to default levels" button

Then do the same on the Advanced tab, click Apply > OK, then re-start IE.

Once re-started, pop those that require ActiveX, into the trusted zone (DO NOT lower the levels on ANY of the zones unless you are experienced enough to know the risks and how to handle them if you do get in trouble)
