How?... Thats all I can say about this whole can of worms....
Please help stop this ...... whether or not u r a Virgin media, British Telecom or Talktalk subscriber is not the issue..... If it gets the go ahead once it will spread.... Also if u share any net with subscribers to these ISPs u will also have ur privacy infringed too.....
