i have been researching around the web for more write ups and found out about unsecured pages that let you see live video of live sercuity cameras. it is all over youtube on how these people try to find url injections to view the cameras.
I AM HIGHLY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS!
I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD CHECK INTO THIS

i found a list of Urls to some live cameras. There are some cameras you can control(Which links I am not posting) (Admins it is up to you if these links stay in this post or not)

url injections? is that the term for "injecting" a url in to the address bar of a browser?

There are lots of web based cameras that have been setup and not secured. These cameras usually have a built in web servers and need to be configured with a password if you want to keep people out. Google has indexed some and there are plenty of sites that can give you search strings to find certain brand cameras. It is believed that unsecured cameras is how this ransoming was pulled off: http://www.kpho.com/news/13996055/detail.html
