I've been on here now and then for a couple of years, but I figured I might as well join.

I'm a software professional with almost 20 years in the biz - been through 'C' for DOS, 'C' for Windows (2.0, 3.0, etc.), C++, VB (DOS, 2.0, 3.0, etc.), Java, C#, most database systems from dBase to Oracle, yada, yada, yada. Been a developer, development manager, software architect, software consultant and everything in between. I know too much about the inner workings of Windows and all the gapings holes that exist.

I'm a bit behind the curve in some areas of security, so I'm hopeful that people can put up with some of the dumb questions I'm sure to ask.
