Interesting and uyseful tool in this day and age. The potential for abuse is enormous of course, but with a warrant and proper procedures, it can do good, IMHO.

The FBI has used PC spyware for the first time

this is the first time they have said it publicly!!! would be closer to their first 10,000,000 time!!
hell spyware cleaners and anti trojan av tools have it in their definitions a long list of things not to see used by them and other gov departments.

may be the first for this particular spyware but this is what they are very good at and have been for a long while.

like in ronald raygun,s starwars the usa had been into these thing 15 years before they announced it.

so if they announce this thats to side track people from what they really have.
