Help with a missing Partition

Hey, I am new to the group so I hope I am posting this inquiry in the correct area.

When I setup my computer, I created a 70gb partition that is now eternally missing. Can anyone help me with a way to get my computer to recognize this missing partition without having to start my computer all over again?
